Thanks to everyone who has already signed up – we’re now preparing to hold our first General Meeting (via Zoom).

Please let us know your availability by replying in the WhatsApp group or emailing

(e.g. weekday evenings, Sunday afternoons, etc.)

We’ll choose a time that suits as many people as possible.

🧰 What Will We Do at the Meeting?

• Formally launch the Residents Association

• Elect officers to help run things

• Agree priorities (like EV charging, estate upkeep, representation)

• Talk about how we work together going forward
  
  

👥 Officer Roles (Flexible and Shared)

• Chair: Run meetings, liaise externally

• Secretary: Keep minutes, send emails

• Treasurer: (Optional) Look after any shared funds

• Comms Lead: Post updates to the site / WhatsApp

• Street/Block Reps: Help gather and share feedback locally

No pressure! Roles can be shared or rotated.
